Air-conditioning: All rooms on the 3rd floor in our main building as well as the rooms in the wellnesshouse and the Maisonette-suite no. 433 in our house “Domicil” have air-conditioning. Changing room: Those you will find next to our swimming pool
Check-in/-out: Our hotel rooms are ready for you after 3pm on the day of arrival and we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11am on the day of departure
City tours: During high season the city offers guided city tours each Saturday at 3pm. The meeting point is at the tourist information. For other times, please contact our front desk team (tel. »9«)
City maps: City maps, including a culture route, of Traben-Trarbach you will get at the front desk
Coffee maker: We provide in all our hotel rooms a Nespresso® machines. Those will be refilled daily with free coffee and espresso capsules. Should you require more capsules, please ask our front desk team (tel. »9«) for assistance
Correspondence folder: Equipped with writing utensils and a note pad you will find one in your room. If you need it to be refilled, please let our front desk team know (tel. »9«)

Fire: Please stay calm and inform the front desk as soon as possible. Follow the escape plan next to your room door as well as the green signs in the appropriate buildings. In the hallways you will find fire extinguishers and fire alarm buttons. In case of fire, never use the elevator! Please proceed to the meeting points outside the building
Front Desk: Our front desk team is occupied at all times. You may leave your room keys at the front desk when you leave the hotel or pay your bill the evening before your check-out

Hotel bar:Our hotel bar is open daily from 5pm. You are very welcome to us the bar in advance, for example to enjoy a cup of coffee of just to have a quiet spot to read or work. Please be aware that before 5pm we do not have beverage service in the hotel bar
Hygiene products: Did you forget something or do you need some products in your room? We are happy to help. Please ask our front desk team (tel. »9«) for assistance

Internet: You are very welcome to use of free, encrypted Wi-Fi „Bellevue“ or the so called „Frederix-Hotspot“. Just accept the terms and conditions and you then you will have access to the Wi-Fi. An exception is our house “Norkauer” (room: 411 + 412). You will get your Wi-Fi access at the front desk. Additionally to the Wi-Fi you are very welcome to use our modern Businesslounge in our Wellness house. You will find more information under B/Business-Lounge
Intolerances: Please inform us about any intolerances/allergies you may have the latest upon your check-in, so our kitchen and restaurant team may react accordingly and you may enjoy your stay with us without any troubles

Parking: For our guests we provide a parking lot with up to 30 spaces. The parking lot is located approximately 100 meters away from the main building. Further you may park your car along the river and in the streets around the main building. For our guests parking is, of course, free of charge
Payment: You may pay you bill in our hotel cash, with debit card or with credit card (Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, DINERS).
Our tip: Should you want to pay with debit or credit card, please inform yourself about the daily limit your card may have. So you can avoid any unforeseen troubles
Pets: In general we are happy to welcome your dog to our hotel. We have several rooms where your may enjoy your vacation with your dog. Please note that not in all of our rooms dogs are allowed. Please note that we do not allow dogs in our restaurant „Belle Epoque“. In our “Stübchen” as well as in our hotel bar dogs are allowed. We kindly ask you to have your dog in the hotel always on a leash and in the room to be as quite as possible. Please always inform our front desk team, whether you will bring your dog to breakfast and dinner, so we can reserve you an appropriate table. Should you leave your room without your dog, we ask you to put up the red “do not disturb” sign on your room door. This is to avoid our cleaning team going into the room and not to scare themselves or the dog. If your dog leaves stains in the hotel, we have to charge an additional cleaning fee. Penthouse-Sauna: You will find our penthouse-sauna area on the 4th floor of our wellness-building. The sauna area is equipped with a panoramic sauna (with river view), a Sanarium (sauna with only 50 degrees Celsius), a steam bath, 2 infrared seats, 2 wellness showers, 2 footbaths as well as a rooftop terrace with river view. Our sauna area is open for you from Easter to October daily from 14.00 to 21.00 clock, as well as from November to Easter daily from 12.00 to 21.00 clock

Reading room: We offer a large variety of reading places for our guests. You are welcome to use our hotel bar, our rooftop gardens to our relaxing rooms. Just find your most favorite spot. Of course, you may also use our Business Lounge
Regional kitchen: Be inspired from our menu. Our restaurant team will be happy to assist you with questions regarding the dishes and used products
Relaxing rooms: Our relaxing rooms are located in our wellness building next to the swimming pool as well as on the 3rd floor (next to the BAUER SPA&BEAUTY). Fruits and a small tea selection is provided
Restaurant: In our restaurant „Belle Epoque“ we serve daily our big menu from 1pm to 2.30pm and from 6pm to 9pm. A reservation is recommended. Our small menu is served during high season daily from Noon to 9:30pm. In the off season it is subject to change. For questions, please ask our restaurant of front desk team
Rooftop gardens: We have 2 rooftop gardens – on in the main building and one in our house „Havenstein“ – which invite you to relax or just to enjoy a cigarette. Our front desk team will be happy to show you the way
Rooftop terrace: Enjoy the breathtaking river view after the sauna or just to relax in the sun – our rooftop terrace on the 4th floor of our „wellness house“ is the right place for you
