Access Files / Server Logfiles

The Website (or its service provider) collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in "server log files" for statistical purposes relating to the goals of the company, data security, and in order to optimize its services. This data includes:

  • Name of the called-up website

  • Date and time of the server request

  • Browser type and browser version

  • Operating system used

  • IP address and the name of the website host provider

  • Referrer URL (the internet address of the website previously visited)

  • Name of the requested file and the size of the data file

  • Indication whether the request was successful

The provider reserves the right to check the log data at a later date if there are concrete indications (justified suspicion) of illegal use.

This data is not combined with data from other sources.

The legal basis for such data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO, which allows for the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract.

We cannot guarantee complete protection of your data against access by third parties during data transmission over the Internet (e.g. e-mail communication) due to possible security gaps.

Handling of personal data

When the Website is used, confidential, personal data is collected that can enable personal identification. This includes, for example, name, telephone number, address and all data that you provide to us during registration, payment processing, execution of a contract and when creating your customer account.

Data protection for employment applications and in the application process

The person responsible for the handling this data (e.g. our Human Resources officer) collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of processing applications. Processing may also be carried out electronically. This is particularly the case where an applicant submits the relevant application documents electronically, for example by e-mail, to HR. If an employment contract is concluded with an applicant, the transferred data shall be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in accordance with statutory provisions. If a contract of employment is not concluded with the candidate, the application file shall be automatically deleted six months after notification of the refusal decision, unless deletion conflicts with any other legitimate interests. Other legitimate interests in this sense include, for example, the duty to provide evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz - AGG).

SSL encryption

Google Analytics

Google Analytics cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behaviour in order to optimize both his Website and his advertising in a targeted manner.

This Website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on the user's computer, to help the Website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this Website by users is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

However, if IP anonymization is activated on this Website, the IP address of Google's users will be shortened in advance within Member States of the European Union or in other states subject to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymization is active on this Website. On behalf of the operator of this Website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating the use of the Website by users, compiling reports on Website activity and providing other services to the Website operator relating to Website activity and internet usage.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google. External fonts from Google are used on these Internet pages for the uniform representation of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to the Web font provider's servers. If your browser does not support this feature, a standard font will be used by your computer to display it. The use of the web font is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Integration of third-party services and content

It is possible that third party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites may be included within this Website. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") records users’ IP addresses. (Without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user). The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We strive to use only that content whose providers use IP addresses only for the distribution of the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third party providers store the IP address for statistical purposes, for example. As far as this is known to us, we inform users about it.
